If you have a service issue which is in warranty please use one of the following methods to log your call.
However, if you can, please run through the troubleshooting guide for your appliance as you may be able to resolve the problem without an onsite Engineer’s visit. You will find this in your appliance manual.

If you require Spare Parts please ensure you have the model reference with the index number or the service number along with the Serial Number of the appliance to hand.
